We have booked two different hotel blocks for your convenience. You are welcome to book one or two nights at either hotel, or you are welcome to stay at an AirBnb/VRBO with friends or family. Free transportation will be provided from hotels to and from the ceremony and reception.

For those flying in, the closest airport is the Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). PHL offers rental cars and allows for Uber/Lyft/taxi pickup and drop off.

For those driving in, there is free parking at both hotels.

Friday

We recommend that guests Uber/Lyft to the Gibbard’s house on Friday. If needed, guests may utilize limited free street parking on Knox Drive.

Saturday

Bus transportation will be provided to and from the both hotel options on the day of the wedding. The bus will leave from the hotel at 4:15 PM sharp to get to the ceremony location. The bus will also transport guests between the ceremony and the reception. Finally, the bus will begin trips from the reception to the hotel at 11 PM until midnight.

Both the ceremony and reception have complimentary parking available for those who are driving themselves. Guests are permitted to leave their cars at the reception overnight.
