Built in 1895 for John Pitcairn Jr., co-founder of the Pittsburgh Plate Glass Company, and his wife, Gertrude, Cairnwood Estate was designed as a grand family home. More than a century later, the beautifully preserved estate continues to welcome guests for gatherings and celebrations amid its historic architecture and grounds.
