The ceremony is planned to be held outdoors, with an indoor option if rain and/or thunderstorms.

The ceremony will be followed by a reception that is a mixture of indoor and outdoor spaces, pending weather. Please plan attire accordingly!

The attire for the Welcome Dinner Barbeque on Friday is summer dressy cocktail attire. It will take place outside.

The attire for the wedding on Saturday is black tie optional. We encourage you to dress up and celebrate with us!

We’ve reserved two hotel blocks, one at a Hilton and one at a Marriott. You can find booking details on the Travel page of our website.

You are also welcome to stay at AirBnbs/VRBOs or friends/family houses in the area. There is no requirement to stay at the Homewood Suites Horsham Willow Grove.

Yes, bus transportation will be provided to and from the [Hotel Name] on the day of the wedding. If you are participating in provided transportation, please indicate so on your RSVP. This will be the schedule of transportation:

• 4:30 PM sharp — Bus leaves [Hotel Name] for ceremony at Huntingdon Valley Country Club; will be parked outside the lobby

• 5:45 PM — Bus leaves Huntingdon Valley Country Club for cocktail hour and reception at Cairnwood Estate

• 11:30 PM to 12:15 AM — Bus completes round trips from Cairnwood Estate to [Hotel Name]

Transportation is not provided to and from the Welcome Dinner Barbeque on Friday.

Complimentary parking is available on-site at both Huntingdon Valley Country Club (ceremony) and Cairnwood Estate (reception).

You will see parking lots upon entry. Guests are permitted to leave cars at Cairnwood Estate overnight.
